VOIP is the new form of communication
Get your customers connected with ease
VOIP can be used in a number of ways, including in the cloud on a hosted PBX, on a traditional PABX that is SIP compatible, or on an IP-based digital PBX.
Our hosted PBXs are fully-fledged and fully customisable switchboards with advanced functionality that are hosted in the cloud, giving you the flexibility of connecting your office with branches or offices in other countries, and allowing your business to be within the same switchboard and call one another free of charge.
VOIP SIP trunks are used with traditional PABX or digital PBX and allow for calls to be made over the internet at a low cost, with multiple concurrent lines and multiple numbers linked to your PBX.
Ideal for large companies and call centres, SIP trunks allow your business to move into the digital age without huge expenditure, and adding in devices like voice gateways allows you to benefit from the cost saving on VOIP over traditional land lines.
Main Features of our Hosted PBX
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
This technology allows a computer to interact with humans through the use of voice and DTMF tones input via a keypad.
Music on hold
Don’t subject your callers to terrible elevator music while they’re on hold. This feature allows you to choose what your callers listen to as they wait, or upload your own recording.
Call screening allows you to look at a number on the caller ID and choose how to treat it. For example, if it’s a spam caller you can simply disconnect them.
An auto attendant allows callers to interact with a menu to choose an appropriate extension, like having an electronic receptionist.
Branches can be connected using the same PBX saving you on communication costs between different locations.
Some other features
Find me/follow me call routing
Find me/follow me call routing allows you to create a list of numbers where you can be found, including your home, office or mobile. If the list is exhausted, the caller gets sent to voicemail.
Conference floor monitor is a useful tool that allows you to manage invitations, “hand-raisers,” muting individuals, etc.
Our partner uses pure per second billing instead of per minute billing which ensures our clients huge savings on their monthly telephone expenditures.
Call recording allows you to avoid customer disputes, monitor your customer service or sales teams knowledge of your product or services and improve your employee’s phone behaviour.
