Our dedicated Helpdesk Support Ninja’s are on standby and able to assist remotely, no matter the problem.

We provide support via telephone or using specialist remote access tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk, allowing us to get to the root of problems quickly and efficiently, getting you back up and running as soon as possible. If we find that the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will send a skilled Support Ninja to resolve the issue on-site.

Block Hours are bundles of pre-paid hours for all support services rendered on-site or remotely. Initial call-out fees aren't changed for (within your allocated hours - as per your block hour agreement).
