The Block Hours Pro plan allows clients to pre-purchase a specific number of discounted hours that can be used for both remote and on-site support. This package includes EDR, MDR, and RMM. While there are block hours available, there are no call-out charges during business hours (7 AM to 6 PM), giving clients flexibility with a high level of protection and support.
BLOCK HOUR BASIC
